Prague Castle fire protection

My bachelor’s thesis „Security of the Prague Castle and its protection against fire“ concentrates just on a small part of complex problems of fire service. It concerns the methods of securing a historic building both from the point of view of a possible risk of fire and from the point of view of evacuating a large number of people from the whole Prague Castle compound.

The bachelor thesis on topic The project laboratory of data network is focused on the proposal of Fire alarm system. In the theoretical part, there are described basic elements (extinguishing control panel, fireboxes, and supplementing facilities) which Fire alarm system contains. In the thesis, there also is which property every element has, as divided in the way of usage, what is needed to observe during proposal and during creation of documentation. Most part is focused on Fire alarm (selection, type and localization of the fire alarm). Next part contains the requirements of the project documentation, what the prescript and rules are to abide by projector and what forms of the project documentation are used. Practical part is focused on creating of complete purpose of the project documentation of Fire alarm. There is shown in practice what complete project documentation looks like.

The purpose of this thesis is the design and implementation of security system, fire system and closed-circuit TV. The first part describes the electrical safety technology, some methods for design and at the end is described several types of frequently used systems. Further are the reasons for needs of fire electric installation, design and installation to keep the principle of the primary use. The conclusion is described function of basic types of detectors and autonomous systems. Another part is devoted to closed-circuit television, basic types of cameras and recording devices. One chapter describes characteristics and properties of the integration software. In conclusion are described the reasons for selecting concrete systems, problems and observations recorded during the main installation and recovery, the necessary changes and alternatives.
